Our Guarantee
If you're not genuinely happy with your purchase within 30 days of delivery, we'll make it right — full stop. Refund, exchange, or store credit. Your choice, no hoops.
We make things we believe in. If something didn't work for you the way we said it would, we want to know — and we want to fix it.
How to Start a Return
- Email hello@mireldi.com with your order number and a brief note about what happened
- We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions and a prepaid label where applicable
- Once we receive the item, refunds process within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method
Item Condition
Items should be unused and in their original packaging. We understand that means actually trying a product, which is fine — but items showing heavy use, modification, or damage beyond normal inspection aren't eligible.
Arrived damaged or defective? We handle those immediately, no questions asked. Email us a photo and we'll ship a replacement right away.
Exchanges
Want a different size or variant? Email us and we'll sort it out. Once we receive the original item, we'll ship the replacement within 1 business day.
If you're in a hurry, tell us — we can ship the replacement immediately and you return the original when it's convenient.
Final Sale Items
Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. Items marked Final Sale at checkout are not eligible for return or exchange. We'll always call out final-sale pricing clearly at the time of purchase.
