Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping is complimentary on all U.S. orders over $35. Orders under $35 ship for a flat $4.95 — no surprises at checkout.

We use minimal, plastic-free packaging throughout. Every box is sealed with paper tape; every product is wrapped in branded tissue. No void fill, no peanuts, no unnecessary plastic.

• Processing: 1–2 business days before your order ships
• Standard: 5–7 business days after dispatch
• Express (2-Day): 2–3 business days — available at checkout for an additional fee

Expedited orders placed before 1 pm ET on business days ship same day. We'll always send a tracking confirmation so you know exactly where your order is.

We designed our packaging to match what's inside it — nothing excessive, nothing wasteful. Every Miréldi order ships in a recycled kraft box, sealed with paper tape, and lined with our branded tissue. Products are wrapped by hand before they leave us.

If your order arrives damaged or something isn't right with the packaging, email us immediately and we'll take care of it.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order at any time using the link in your confirmation email.

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, give it 24 hours — and then reach out at hello@mireldi.com. Porch theft happens and we'll work with you to make it right.
